The RESOLUTE organization is anchored by seven project managers, fourteen superintendents, and an experienced field crew. All project managers are seasoned construction experts and estimate their own projects. RESOLUTE utilizes state-of-the-art construction technology systems for estimating, scheduling, cost control, and project management.

RESOLUTE has proven capabilities for handling large and diverse construction projects. Projects they have recently completed include the Cedars of Chapel Hill Continuing Care Retirement Community. RESOLUTE built the clubhouse, health care center, multiple verandas buildings, and 49 cottage homes at a construction value of over $42 million.

Active projects include Phase I of the Ramblewood community in Raleigh, North Carolina. This extensive upscale neighborhood consists of multiple luxury town home and condominium buildings, and will have a value of over $30 million when completed.

RESOLUTE is also the primary General Contractor for East 54 mixed-use project in North Carolina. With over 400,000 square feet of office, retail, and residential space, this community is well underway with parking structures and buildings in various stages of progress.

RESOLUTE maintains a $60 million bonding program with Travelers Casualty and Surety Company. In their 23 year history they have used the same bonding company, attorney, and CPA firm (Blackman and Sloop).
